Role Overview
As a CRM Trainee, you will support the execution of targeted CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized customer experiences and contribute to improving campaign performance through insights and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing targeted CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp
- Write and proofread engaging marketing copy while maintaining brand tone and consistency
- Use CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design, build, and deploy campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights for optimization
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel customer experience
- Support store visits and maintain close coordination with retail teams for campaign alignment
Requirements
- Strong communication and copywriting skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Positive, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude
- Interest in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, and digital engagement strategies
