Overview

MAG Group Holding is seeking a highly detail-oriented CRM Specialist – Sales to support the Sales and Broker Relations teams by ensuring accurate CRM data, proper documentation flow, and timely status updates across all client files. This role is essential in maintaining clean, reliable data that supports sales performance, reporting, and overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and skilled in CRM systems within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Data Management

  • Maintain and update all client records, lead statuses, contact details, notes, and follow-ups.

  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal standards.

  • Track client journeys from initial inquiry to deal finalization.

File Tracking & Status Updates

  • Monitor all active client files and update key milestones (bookings, documents received, SPA stage, etc.).

  • Ensure both Direct Sales and Broker Relations teams are updating CRM entries correctly.

  • Identify and report errors, missing information, or duplicate entries.

Documentation Coordination

  • Confirm all required documents are submitted before handover to Sales Support.

  • Cross-check documents submitted by Sales or Brokers against CRM entries.

  • Ensure all digital files are correctly scanned, named, and uploaded.

Internal Communication

  • Provide updated file status information to Direct Sales and Broker Relations managers.

  • Coordinate with Sales Support on SPAs, contracts, and pending documentation.

  • Alert sales teams of expired, missing, or incomplete client documents.

Reporting & Tracking

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports covering bookings, cancellations, pending documentation, SPA progress, and other client file updates.

  • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance summaries for management review.

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Masterkey, Property Finder CRM, etc.

  • Strong MS Excel skills (tracking, reports, dashboards)

Salary & Benefits

  • AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month (inclusive of allowances)
