Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Specialist with expert-level Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in data administration, CRM reporting, and workflow optimization, particularly within fintech or finance-driven environments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, improving reporting structures, and enhancing CRM efficiency to support business and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure seamless CRM operations

• Maintain, enhance, and optimize CRM reporting systems for accurate data tracking and insights

• Perform data administration tasks including data integration, cleansing, processing, and assignment

• Develop and manage Excel-based reports, dashboards, and performance trackers

• Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements to CRM workflows and processes

• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies

• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong MS Office skills

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Fintech, Finance, or Data-driven roles (preferred)

• Strong analytical thinking with a proactive problem-solving approach

• Ability to multitask, prioritize high-impact tasks, and meet tight deadlines

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving processes

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Strong sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and data integrity

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
