CHANEL Middle East is offering a 6-month internship opportunity for a CRM Data Analyst Intern to join their team in Dubai. This role provides a unique chance to work with one of the world’s most iconic luxury brands, contributing to client engagement initiatives and supporting CRM tool optimization across the network. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Client Engagement & Digital Executive, supporting key CRM, data analysis, and client insight functions.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Clientele Support:

Assist in the execution of clientele initiatives, including email campaigns, print materials, and promotional tools.

Drive adoption of retail clientele tools, coordinating with Paris HQ for system enhancements.

Help roll out new CRM tool features across the region.

Deliver monthly reports on KPIs, client listings, and ROI for marketing actions.

Respond to ad-hoc marketing and event data requests.
Data Management:

Support database growth and accuracy by identifying duplicates and inconsistencies.

Establish dashboards for data tracking, correction, and reporting.

Consolidate data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive client insights.
Client Insights & Analytics:

Analyze the client database to uncover patterns and trends.

Present data in a visually impactful way to aid decision-making.

Contribute to strategic client engagement efforts through insights-driven reports.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field.

Previous experience or strong understanding of CRM, data marketing, and client analytics.

Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, index/match, VLOOKUP); Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication.

Previous exposure to Adobe Campaign is advantageous.

Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English; Arabic or French proficiency is a plus.
