Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized CRM Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. This role plays a crucial part in managing client relationships and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth lead management and follow-up processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records, coordinating lead assignments, and ensuring timely communication with potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update client records and lead logs to ensure accurate data and seamless sales process.

Monitor incoming leads, assign them to appropriate sales agents, and track their progress within the sales pipeline.

Support the sales and marketing teams by providing lead status updates and client engagement summaries.

Ensure prompt and professional follow-ups with prospective clients, coordinating call-backs and appointment reminders.

Compile and present weekly reports on lead conversions, client feedback, and team performance.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a CRM role within the real estate industry.

Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales management tools.

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Solid understanding of real estate sales processes.
