We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, executing targeted marketing campaigns, and driving customer engagement across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:
🔹 CRM System Management

Manage and maintain the Zoho CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.

Train and support internal teams on CRM best practices and functionality.

Monitor system integrations with email marketing and ERP tools.
🔹 Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze customer behavior, campaign results, and sales trends.

Prepare reports using Zoho Analytics and suggest actionable insights.

Optimize customer segmentation for targeted marketing.
🔹 Marketing Campaign Execution

Plan and run personalized marketing campaigns via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and social media.

Track campaign performance metrics and continuously refine outreach strategies.
🔹 Customer Relationship Enhancement

Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve queries and elevate client satisfaction.

Implement strategies to increase retention and loyalty.
🔹 Cross-Department Collaboration

Work with sales, marketing, and operations to align CRM processes with business objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Analytics

Experience with WhatsApp tools (e.g., Gupshup), HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus
