Job Description:
We are hiring a CRM Assistant to support our financial services team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly skilled in Excel, and proactive in problem-solving. This role involves maintaining accurate data records, streamlining reporting systems, and ensuring smooth CRM operations across departments. Candidates with a background in FinTech or financial services will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with key departments to ensure seamless CRM operations.

Maintain and improve reporting systems for data accuracy and performance tracking.

Manage CRM data tasks, including integration, cleansing, processing, and assignment.

Proactively identify and recommend workflow enhancements for CRM efficiency.
Requirements:

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

Expert-level proficiency in Excel and strong MS Office skills.

1+ years of experience in the FinTech or financial services industry preferred.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure.

Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

High sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability.

Compensation:

Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 (all-inclusive, based on experience).
