Job Description:

We are hiring a CRM Assistant to support our financial services team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly skilled in Excel, and proactive in problem-solving. This role involves maintaining accurate data records, streamlining reporting systems, and ensuring smooth CRM operations across departments. Candidates with a background in FinTech or financial services will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key departments to ensure seamless CRM operations.

  • Maintain and improve reporting systems for data accuracy and performance tracking.

  • Manage CRM data tasks, including integration, cleansing, processing, and assignment.

  • Proactively identify and recommend workflow enhancements for CRM efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel and strong MS Office skills.

  • 1+ years of experience in the FinTech or financial services industry preferred.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

  • High sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability.

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.


Compensation:

  • Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 (all-inclusive, based on experience).
