Key Responsibilities:
🍔 Deliver an outstanding customer experience in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
💬 Handle customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to managers.
🎯 Help achieve store goals and performance targets.
🧽 Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, service areas, restrooms, and terrace.
🎓 Stay current with brand standards through Five Guys University training.
💼 Accurately operate the POS system and handle company assets responsibly.
🤝 Support fellow team members across all restaurant duties.
📋 Follow grooming, uniform, punctuality, hygiene, and food safety protocols.
🔄 Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing role.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and ready to learn.
