Ingram Micro, a global technology solutions provider with operations in 57 countries, is seeking a Credit Controller to join their UAE team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to manage credit operations while fostering strong client relationships. The Credit Controller will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, ensuring timely payments, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue statements and invoices to clients following established procedures.

• Reconcile accounts and escalate unresolved disputes to the credit manager.

• Follow up on timely payments and resolve queries to facilitate customer payments.

• Manage workloads while maintaining high customer service and satisfaction.

• Build customer relationships, assess financial strength, and evaluate credit limits.

• Assess credit exposure to make informed decisions on new opportunities in alignment with credit policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in credit or finance-related roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.

• Understanding of the credit environment and legal framework, preferably in the Egypt market.

• Ability to assess and evaluate financial statements.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Result-driven, self-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
