Role Summary:

The Credit Controller will oversee credit monitoring, collections, and account reconciliations. The role is critical in ensuring timely payments from customers, managing credit risk, and supporting strong financial operations through effective credit control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor credit and manage order releases and collections.

• Oversee credit and collection activities to enhance cash flow and minimize credit risk.

• Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies.

• Implement credit hold and risk policies.

• Manage credit insurance processes including applications, overdue reporting, claims, and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with insurance companies for claims and recovery.

• Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports including aging analysis, overdue accounts, and insurance claims.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Strong functional knowledge of accounting software (SAP, Oracle, SQL, Power BI, etc.).

• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in credit control and collections.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and initiative-taking ability.
