Go Finance is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Credit Card Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying potential customers, presenting credit card offers, and explaining product benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with application processes, ensuring documentation accuracy, and achieving monthly sales targets. Exceptional customer service skills and a strong drive to exceed expectations are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers to promote credit card products.
• Provide clear and accurate explanations of credit card benefits and features.
• Assist customers through the application process, ensuring documentation is complete.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Ability to understand and explain financial products clearly.
• High motivation, discipline, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Minimum one year of experience in banking or finance sector in the UAE.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is advantageous).
