As a Credit Card Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating new leads, approaching potential customers, and successfully closing credit card applications. You must have a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell credit card products of major UAE-based banks.

• Approach and engage prospective customers at various locations or through direct sales.

• Explain credit card features and benefits clearly to potential customers.

• Handle objections and use persuasive skills to convert interest into successful applications.

• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer details.

• Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the team leader or management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of credit card or banking sales experience in the UAE.

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of financial products, especially credit cards.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.

Salary and Benefits:
