This fully-remote, contractor role offers you the chance to architect campaigns that don’t just perform — they transform how people think about gifting. You will lead the way in turning cultural insights into creative campaigns, driving growth and redefining success in e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:

Uncover hidden creative opportunities by analyzing competitors’ ads, customer reviews, and cultural trends.

Transform insights into clear, actionable creative briefs to guide designers and videographers in producing captivating campaigns.

Analyze performance data to identify the key elements that drive sales, including hooks, color palettes, CTAs, and more.

Run weekly experiments with unconventional formats and messaging to keep ads fresh, iterating on successful creatives for even better results.

Oversee photo shoots and User-Generated Content (UGC) collaborations, ensuring authenticity while aligning with strategic brand goals.

Develop and document a creative playbook to replicate successful strategies in future campaigns.

Collaborate with the product team to ensure new product launches are supported with equally thoughtful and impactful creative strategies.

Bridge the gap between analytics and creativity, translating data insights into actionable improvements for the creative team.
Key Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in creative strategy with DTC brands, showcasing high-impact work.

Copywriting Skills: Proven experience in writing compelling ad copy, scripts, and marketing content, ideally tied to creative strategy.

Data-Oriented: Comfortable analyzing metrics to inform creative decisions while maintaining originality.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to create both big-picture vision and tactical execution across platforms like Meta and TikTok.

Creative Leadership: Experience in guiding designers, videographers, and writers to achieve exceptional creative outputs.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
