Job Description:
We are on the hunt for a talented and imaginative Photographer & Videographer with a flair for visual storytelling. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives behind the lens, has a sharp eye for detail, and excels in both shooting and post-production.

As part of our dynamic content team, you’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos, conceptualizing original ideas, and crafting compelling stories that resonate across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative photo and video concepts that align with brand and project goals.

• Capture high-quality visuals using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, ensuring professional framing, lighting, and composition.

• Edit photos and videos using tools like Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro to produce polished, impactful content.

• Create engaging visual narratives that captivate and connect with the intended audience.

• Manage all stages of production—from pre-shoot planning and direction to post-production editing.

• Collaborate with the creative team and clients to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.

• Direct on-set environments, making subjects feel comfortable while capturing authentic, natural moments.

• Maintain equipment, manage shoots efficiently, and consistently meet project deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in photography and videography.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).

• Solid understanding of lighting setups and scene composition.

• Skilled in directing individuals and groups to capture genuine expressions and candid shots.

• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling through visuals.

• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

• Bonus Skills: Drone operation, social media content creation, motion graphics expertise.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience Level: 2 to 6 years

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and driven by creativity

• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and flexible with project scopes
