Known for its design innovation and refined craftsmanship, this company is now seeking a Creative Merchandiser/Project Manager to join their team in Dubai.

Job Description:

As a Creative Merchandiser, you will be responsible for driving the visual identity and development of product collections for a luxury interiors brand. You will collaborate with creative teams, analyze design trends, coordinate the development of materials and packaging, and oversee product launches. This role requires a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent organizational skills, and a flair for visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on design trends, competitors, and customer preferences

• Collaborate with design and creative teams on new product collection development

• Plan and manage assortments, textures, materials, and print structures

• Coordinate the development of labels, packaging, catalogues, and presentation materials

• Create visually compelling moodboards, PDFs, and Keynote presentations

• Oversee the product launch calendar and collect feedback from clients for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in design, fashion, interior décor, or textiles

• Excellent eye for design, colour harmony, and composition

• Proactive, well-organized, and results-oriented mindset

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Keynote

• Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience coordinating or preparing for design exhibitions

• Previous experience in an international creative environment

Role Details:

• Contract-based position (civil law contract)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
