Taif Al Emarat is seeking an immediate joiner for the position of Creative Lead to direct and elevate the creative vision of its luxury perfume portfolio. This pivotal role blends strategic leadership and hands-on art direction to shape the brand’s visual identity and storytelling across packaging, campaigns, digital, and social media channels. The Creative Lead will manage a skilled design team and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure every creative asset reflects the elegance and sophistication synonymous with high-end perfumery. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, offering a monthly salary of AED 10,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction & Brand Identity

Define and enhance the visual identity of each perfume brand within the portfolio.

Develop and implement compelling creative concepts for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.

Ensure all creative assets embody the sophistication, emotion, and storytelling essential to luxury branding.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Product, Digital, and E-commerce teams to align creative efforts with business objectives.

Coordinate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and external agencies for campaign production and packaging development.

Lead the visual direction during product shoots and campaign executions.
Trend Awareness & Innovation

Monitor global luxury and beauty trends, emerging design aesthetics, and innovative content formats.

Continuously innovate to produce creative assets that resonate with upscale, modern consumers.
Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, or a related creative field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in branding or visual design, including at least 3 years in a leadership or creative director role.

Proven track record in the luxury sector (perfumes, beauty, fashion, jewelry, etc.).

Strong portfolio showcasing premium branding, campaign development, packaging, and social media content.
Skills & Attributes:

In-depth understanding of luxury design language and visual storytelling.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with motion/animation tools is a plus.

Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Excellent leadership, communication, and constructive feedback skills.

Strong aesthetic judgment, typography, and color expertise.

Knowledge of print and digital media formats, including social-first content strategies.

Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.

Experience with niche or artisanal perfume brands.

Familiarity with the GCC luxury retail market and consumer behavior.
