Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Fine Arts degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, typography, or related fields

• Experience: 5+ years in creative direction, preferably with digital product design experience

• Leadership: Strong supervisory and team management experience

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills for pitching ideas and collaborating with teams

• Creative Expertise: Strong grasp of design history, art, photography, and current cultural trends
