About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead the end-to-end creative strategy and execution for high-profile events, brand activations, and marketing campaigns. This leadership role will drive the creative process from concept development through delivery, ensuring innovative, engaging, and brand-aligned experiences for clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
🧠 Creative Strategy & Ideation

Define and lead creative direction for events, branding, and integrated campaigns

Translate strategic goals into compelling creative concepts and visual storytelling
🎨 Event Design & Execution

Oversee event aesthetics including branding, stage design, and visual environments

Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints, from concept to on-site activation
📣 Marketing & Content

Direct the production of marketing assets—digital, print, and social media

Maintain brand integrity and creative excellence across all materials
👥 Team Leadership

Lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, creatives, and freelancers

Mentor and inspire the creative team to deliver top-tier creative output
📅 Project Coordination

Collaborate with production, content, strategy, and client servicing teams

Manage creative timelines, deliverables, and internal review processes

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Arts, or a related field

10+ years’ experience in a senior creative role within experiential marketing, events, or branding
-
Proven team leadership and project execution record for large-scale campaigns

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools

Exceptional communication, budgeting, and client engagement skills

Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with competing deadlines

Flexibility to travel for major events or client engagements
