About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead the end-to-end creative strategy and execution for high-profile events, brand activations, and marketing campaigns. This leadership role will drive the creative process from concept development through delivery, ensuring innovative, engaging, and brand-aligned experiences for clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

🧠 Creative Strategy & Ideation

  • Define and lead creative direction for events, branding, and integrated campaigns

  • Translate strategic goals into compelling creative concepts and visual storytelling

🎨 Event Design & Execution

  • Oversee event aesthetics including branding, stage design, and visual environments

  • Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints, from concept to on-site activation

📣 Marketing & Content

  • Direct the production of marketing assets—digital, print, and social media

  • Maintain brand integrity and creative excellence across all materials

👥 Team Leadership

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, creatives, and freelancers

  • Mentor and inspire the creative team to deliver top-tier creative output

📅 Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with production, content, strategy, and client servicing teams

  • Manage creative timelines, deliverables, and internal review processes

💰 Budget Management

  • Oversee creative budgets, ensuring quality within resource constraints

  • Propose innovative and cost-efficient creative solutions

🤝 Client Engagement

  • Present creative concepts to clients and manage feedback loops

  • Represent creative leadership during pitches and strategic reviews

🚀 Innovation & Growth

  • Stay current with creative and experiential trends

  • Analyze post-event creative impact to inform future projects

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Arts, or a related field

  • 10+ years’ experience in a senior creative role within experiential marketing, events, or branding

  • Proven team leadership and project execution record for large-scale campaigns

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools

  • Exceptional communication, budgeting, and client engagement skills

  • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with competing deadlines

  • Flexibility to travel for major events or client engagements
