Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Creative Designer Lead to take charge of our creative initiatives and guide visual branding for both Moonbox and its clients. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary projects, collaborate with high-profile clients, and push the creative envelope to deliver compelling and innovative brand identities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of branding and visual identities for multiple client accounts.

• Oversee end-to-end creative projects—from conceptualization to delivery—while managing timelines and resources.

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their vision and translate it into outstanding brand experiences.

• Supervise the production of brand assets including identity systems, packaging, digital content, and marketing materials.

• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand strategy, storytelling, and business goals.

• Champion innovative design thinking and streamline internal creative processes.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and creative teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in branding, design, and creative direction.

• Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects and lead design teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions and team collaboration.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Deep understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and market trends.
