Eton Institute is looking for a Creative Designer and Social Media Coordinator to oversee innovative design solutions and manage social media strategies. The role involves designing marketing materials, creating engaging social media content, handling brand identity, and ensuring compliance with marketing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

🎨 Design & Content Creation:

• Develop marketing materials (flyers, brochures, ads, EDMs, social media content).
• Ensure all visual marketing aligns with brand identity and local laws.
• Capture photos and videos during events and edit high-quality content for various platforms.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Collaborate with social media influencers to boost brand presence.

📢 Social Media & Website Management:

• Plan and execute a monthly social media calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Regularly update website content, ensuring accuracy and SEO compliance.
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media and Google My Business.
• Track social media performance and recommend strategies for audience engagement.

📑 Marketing & Brand Management:

• Work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals.
• Coordinate with print suppliers for branded merchandise and marketing materials.
• Manage and update Meetup groups in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Job Requirements:

📌 Experience & Skills:

• Degree/Course in Graphic Design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong brand identity creation and management experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, photography, video recording, and editing.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and copywriting.
• Familiarity with WordPress and web design is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
