We are seeking a Creative Communications Lead to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a bilingual storyteller with a flair for podcasting, editorial writing, market trend analysis, and digital content creation. You will be at the forefront of shaping our media voice, supporting luxury lifestyle content, and collaborating across editorial, marketing, and brand communications teams.

Key Responsibilities:

🎙️ Podcasting & Interviews

• Host and produce engaging podcast episodes, including guest interviews

• Research, prep, and script interviews with creatives, clients, and industry leaders

• Coordinate podcast schedules, production logistics, and release plans

📝 Editorial & Content Creation

• Write short-form editorials and feature articles for in-house publications

• Develop profiles and story-driven content based on interviews and trend data

• Support editorial planning and ideation alongside the publishing team

📊 Market Research & Trends

• Track trends in yachting, luxury lifestyle, and emerging transport sectors

• Deliver insight reports on consumer behavior and competitor content strategies

• Help inform media planning and content strategy through research

📣 Marketing & Campaign Support

• Collaborate on social media content, newsletters, and marketing briefs

• Support distribution of podcast and magazine content to target audiences

• Contribute to brand positioning across digital and print formats

Candidate Profile:

Who You Are:

• Confident communicator with natural charisma

• Strong writer with a journalistic/editorial mindset

• Curious, proactive, organized, and media-savvy

• Fluent in English and Arabic (French or Spanish is a plus)

• Comfortable with podcasting and/or video/audio tools

• Adaptable and deadline-driven with a collaborative attitude

Preferred Background:

• Experience in media, journalism, PR, or marketing

• Familiarity with podcast tools (Riverside, Descript, Anchor)

• Interest in luxury lifestyle, yachting, or high-end mobility sectors

• Some skills in audio/video editing are a bonus
