Job Summary

As Crane Supervisor, you will oversee the operation, maintenance, and safety of lifting equipment on offshore platforms. This role involves leading a team of crane operators and riggers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing work schedules, and maintaining client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise EnerMech crane personnel including operators, maintainers, appointed persons (APs), and riggers.

• Manage site maintenance, repair, and ad-hoc work on lifting equipment.

• Ensure daily operational and maintenance reports are delivered to client representatives.

• Coordinate with the Project Engineer on major maintenance scopes and technical support.

• Plan and review lifting operations and risk assessments.

• Maintain and update SAP work requests, orders, and records.

• Conduct toolbox talks, safety audits, and team safety meetings.

• Provide performance appraisals for direct reports.

Requirements

Essential:

• Minimum 5 years of offshore supervisory experience.

• Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic background with relevant certifications.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong safety awareness and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• LEEA-UK Entry Exam qualified.

• Completed 4-day Appointed Person course in lifting operations.
