We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven Cost Control Manager to join our dynamic construction team at IRTH in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the cost management function across multiple projects, ensuring strict budgetary control while upholding exceptional quality standards. This role requires strong analytical expertise, collaborative leadership, and a proactive approach to driving cost efficiencies in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust cost control systems and procedures.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects.

• Analyze actual project costs against budgets and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with project management, procurement, and finance teams to ensure financial accuracy and budget adherence.

• Monitor project expenditure, identify variances, and provide regular cost performance reports to senior leadership.

• Conduct project risk assessments focusing on financial impacts and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and regulatory standards.

• Lead and mentor the cost control team, fostering continuous development and high performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in cost control roles within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE.

• Strong proficiency with cost control software and project management systems.

• Exceptional analytical and numerical skills, with acute attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise across departments.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to data-driven decision-making.

• Solid understanding of UAE construction laws, market practices, and financial regulations is highly advantageous.
