About the Role:
Our client, a prestigious international professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Services Administrator to join their busy team in Dubai. This role involves managing a substantial portfolio of companies and partnerships, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing seamless administrative support in line with senior management’s directives.
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Services, you will work closely with attorneys and clients to oversee the full lifecycle of corporate entities primarily in ADGM and DIFC jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with incorporation processes for ADGM and DIFC entities, including client liaison, document drafting, and portal applications.

Manage day-to-day correspondence and administrative matters related to your assigned portfolio of companies and partnerships.

Prepare and file corporate documents with relevant government agencies.

Interpret and update corporate records in accordance with board and shareholder resolutions and agreements.

Maintain internal databases and systems, especially ViewPoint.

Conduct due diligence on new directors, shareholders, and third parties in collaboration with Compliance.

Review invoices related to the portfolio and coordinate payment follow-ups with clients.

Manage administrative aspects of entity closures within your portfolio.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.

Undertake additional duties assigned by Senior Management or the Director of Corporate Services.
Requirements:
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate qualification.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a company secretarial or corporate services role within professional firms.

Proven experience in company formation and administration within ADGM and DIFC jurisdictions.
Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with ViewPoint corporate administration software is highly desirable.

Salary & Benefits:
AED 16,000 – 20,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
