Job Title: Corporate Services Administrator 

Job Description:

StoneGate Corporate Services, a leading independent Corporate Service Provider (CSP) based in Dubai, is seeking a Corporate Services Administrator to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role for a proactive and detail-oriented professional experienced in UAE corporate services.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the formation and amendment of companies, handling residence visa applications, overseeing secretarial services, and ensuring smooth coordination with government authorities and third-party service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company incorporations in Mainland, Free Zones, and RAKICC

• Process various UAE residence visas, including Investor, Employment, Dependent, and Golden Visas

• Liaise with government authorities to ensure timely processing of all applications

• Coordinate with third-party vendors for attestation, translation, and PRO services

• Handle notarization and document attestation procedures

• Maintain accurate communication with clients to collect required documentation and provide updates

• Manage petty cash and process relevant government and service payments

• Support private client services as needed

• Ensure all services are delivered efficiently, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE corporate services industry

• Strong knowledge of company formation, amendments, and secretarial services in the UAE

• Proficiency in processing UAE residence visas and familiarity with related procedures

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy

• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
