Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Receptionist to join a prestigious private investment group in Dubai. This role is ideal for a polished and client-focused professional, particularly someone transitioning from the hospitality sector into a corporate environment.
As the first point of contact, you will represent the organization to high-net-worth individuals, senior executives, and international stakeholders, ensuring exceptional front-of-house service and seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-office experience.

Manage all incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms and conference facilities, including refreshments and equipment setup.

Handle confidential documentation, courier services, and office correspondence.

Manage office supplies, including stationery and pantry inventory.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization across reception and common areas.

Liaise with building management and maintenance teams for facility-related requirements.

Support internal corporate events and assist with arrangements for international visitors.

Work closely with the Senior Receptionist to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or corporate reception roles preferred.
