Job Title: Corporate Receptionist 

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, organized, and tech-savvy Corporate Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, maintaining smooth day-to-day front office operations, and supporting internal staff with essential administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner and guide them to the relevant company personnel

  • Ensure efficient communication by redirecting phone calls based on the priority and nature of the inquiry

  • Support internal teams with general administrative and organizational tasks as needed

  • Manage and update the company calendar, ensuring accuracy of scheduled meetings and upcoming events

  • Provide basic company information to interested parties via email, phone, or in-person queries

  • Maintain a prompt and polished presence, executing all receptionist duties with professionalism and attention to detail

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  • Proven experience working as a receptionist or in a similar front-office role

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities

  • Well-groomed, articulate, and confident with a good understanding of corporate etiquette
