Job Title: Corporate Receptionist

Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Corporate Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, offering a warm welcome and ensuring that they are directed to the appropriate department. You will also provide administrative support to staff members, maintain communication records, and manage the company calendar, ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities, time management, and organizational skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visitor Reception: Greet visitors with courtesy and professionalism, directing them to the relevant person or department.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to staff members, handling tasks as required.

  • Communication Management: Ensure smooth communication by conveying important messages from phone calls, emails, and fax to the respective staff members promptly.

  • Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the company calendar, ensuring it is up-to-date with upcoming events and meetings.

  • Task Execution: Stay on top of essential tasks, responsibilities, and time-sensitive documents to ensure seamless office operations.

  • Client Facing and Administration Procedures: Support effective customer service and administration processes within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Nationality: Open to female Asian nationals, aged 35 and below.

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, or administrative assistant, ideally within the real estate, hospitality, or customer service sectors.

  • Key Skills: Ability to effectively multitask, manage time-sensitive documents, and possess exceptional organizational skills. Strong understanding of client-facing operations and administrative procedures.
