Job Description:
We are looking for a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our team. As the face of the organization, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing front-desk activities, and supporting administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage front-desk operations including phone calls, emails, and visitor logs.

Support staff with administrative duties such as appointment scheduling, ordering office supplies, document handling, and filing.

Maintain the office calendar and keep records of important meetings and schedules.

Communicate information clearly through phone, email, and fax channels.

Handle incoming calls promptly and route them to the appropriate departments or take decisions when necessary.

Ensure the reception area is organized, welcoming, and professionally maintained.

Proactively manage daily front-desk responsibilities and support internal teams as required.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional tone.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Previous experience as a receptionist in a corporate or office environment.
