Job Title: Corporate Receptionist 

Job Description:

We are looking for a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our team. As the face of the organization, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing front-desk activities, and supporting administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct guests and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Manage front-desk operations including phone calls, emails, and visitor logs.

  • Support staff with administrative duties such as appointment scheduling, ordering office supplies, document handling, and filing.

  • Maintain the office calendar and keep records of important meetings and schedules.

  • Communicate information clearly through phone, email, and fax channels.

  • Handle incoming calls promptly and route them to the appropriate departments or take decisions when necessary.

  • Ensure the reception area is organized, welcoming, and professionally maintained.

  • Proactively manage daily front-desk responsibilities and support internal teams as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional tone.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a corporate or office environment.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Well-groomed, with a professional appearance and confident demeanor.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Location: United Arab Emirates

  • Experience in a similar corporate front desk or administrative support role.
