Job Title: Corporate Legal Adviser

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Corporate Legal Adviser to oversee the company’s legal matters, ensuring compliance with Dubai and international regulations. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal guidance, manage contracts, mitigate risks, and support corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Contract Management

• Draft, review, and amend various company contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and company interests.

✅ Legal Compliance

• Supervise business activities to ensure compliance with Dubai and international laws.

✅ Risk Control & Dispute Resolution

• Identify potential legal risks and implement preventive measures.
• Manage legal disputes, working closely with external legal counsel on litigation and arbitration.

✅ Legal Advisory & Assistance

• Provide legal expertise and advice on various business matters.
• Support in investment, mergers & acquisitions, labor disputes, and intellectual property rights.

✅ Corporate Governance

• Assist in developing legal policies and compliance frameworks to strengthen risk management.

✅ General Legal Affairs

• Offer support in areas such as corporate transactions, employment law, and regulatory affairs.

Requirements:

✔ Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or higher.
• Holding a lawyer’s license (e.g., Anglo-American Bar, Dubai legal certification) is preferred.

✔ Experience

• No prior experience required – international students are encouraged to apply.

✔ Legal Expertise

• Familiar with UAE and international commercial law, contract law, labor law, and intellectual property law.

✔ Language Skills

• Chinese (primary language) is required.
• Fluent in Arabic or English (written and spoken).

✔ Soft Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and responsibility.
• Ability to adapt to Dubai’s international business environment and familiarity with local regulatory systems is a plus.
