Hilton is offering an exciting 12-month Corporate HR Management Internship in Dubai for recent graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources within the last 12 months). This full-time, on-site opportunity provides hands-on experience in regional HR operations, networking with senior executives, and exposure to international HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing HR programs and initiatives.

Coordinate meetings, create materials, and provide project support.

Collect and analyze regional HR data for reporting.

Support corporate office activities and collaborate with Hilton hotel teams.
-
Drive projects, data collection, and communication with HR stakeholders.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the regional HR team.
Qualifications:
-
Must have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR within the last 12 months.

Must be available for a full-time (40 hours per week) 12-month internship starting 14th July 2025.

Must be currently residing in the UAE and eligible to work full-time.
