Clyde & Co, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join its dynamic Corporate/M&A team in Abu Dhabi. The role will primarily support Partner Dr. Roshanak Bassiri Gharb, an industry-recognized expert in corporate advisory, M&A transactions, and investment structures. The position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile deals and provide legal counsel across sectors including healthcare, insurance, logistics, and technology.

This hybrid, full-time position will involve working in a supportive and collaborative environment where you’ll have the opportunity to grow your legal practice and engage in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex corporate and M&A transactions, often with cross-border elements.

• Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and fund structuring.

• Support venture capital transactions and strategic investments in high-growth startups.

• Work closely with clients in healthcare, insurance, and financial services sectors.

• Assist in business development initiatives, client relationship management, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of corporate/M&A experience, ideally gained at an international law firm or a mix of private practice and in-house.

• Middle East regional experience is highly preferred.

• Background working with clients in insurance, regulatory, or healthcare sectors is an advantage.

• Strong academic credentials with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver under pressure.

• Bilingual English/Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
