Clyde & Co, a globally recognized law firm, is hiring a Corporate Associate/Senior Associate for its Abu Dhabi office. This hybrid, full-time role sits within the Corporate department, with a strong focus on M&A transactions, corporate advisory, and governance. You’ll be working closely with Dr. Roshanak Bassiri Gharb, a Legal500-recognized “Next Generation Partner,” gaining exposure to high-profile clients in industries such as healthcare, insurance, logistics, and FMCG.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate/M&A matters with a focus on advisory and transactional work

• Collaborate with high-profile clients in regulated sectors (insurance, healthcare, etc.)

• Support in VC investment structures and fund set-ups

• Contribute to strategic development, client relationship building, and business growth

• Assist with legal research, project management, and internal knowledge sharing

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong corporate/M&A experience from private practice or a mix of in-house/private practice

• Middle East regional experience preferred

• Sector experience in insurance, healthcare, or regulatory fields is a plus

• Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting

• Strong academic credentials and commercial awareness

• Bilingual in English and Arabic preferred
