Role Overview

Our client is seeking a confident and highly professional Corporate Ambassador to act as the public face of the organization. This role is ideal for a fluent Chinese and English speaker with strong presentation skills and experience in high-end, client-facing environments.

The Corporate Ambassador will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences, representing the brand at corporate events, and ensuring consistent standards of professionalism across all stakeholder interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the organization at corporate events, exhibitions, meetings, and VIP engagements with professionalism and confidence.

• Welcome, engage, and support clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

• Deliver presentations, briefings, and introductions clearly and confidently in English and Chinese.

• Support business development and marketing teams through brand representation and client engagement initiatives.

• Coordinate event logistics, preparation, and on-site support for corporate functions and meetings.

• Uphold company values, brand standards, and service excellence across all interactions.

• Maintain strong knowledge of company services, offerings, and key initiatives to communicate effectively with clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing or corporate representation role.

• Background in hospitality, luxury services, real estate, aviation, or high-end corporate environments is preferred.

• Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Polished professional appearance with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Flexible to work different shift patterns, including weekends, as required.
