Role Overview
The Corporate Front Desk Ambassador & Client Experience Executive serves as the first point of contact for walk-in clients and visitors, representing the organization’s brand through exceptional service, polished presentation, and professional conduct.
Operating in a 24/7 shift environment, this role plays a critical part in in-person client engagement, event support, and brand reputation, ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s values and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front-of-House Management

Welcome walk-in clients with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency

Serve as a visible brand representative through impeccable grooming, communication, and conduct

Handle face-to-face inquiries and guide clients through service processes, forms, or digital portals

Ensure smooth client flow by coordinating with internal teams and minimizing wait times
Brand Representation & Environment Standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and client-facing environment

Support corporate events, VIP visits, and brand activations as an on-site ambassador

Encourage satisfied clients to leave positive online reviews (e.g., Google Reviews) in line with company guidelines
Reporting & Issue Escalation

Track and report daily walk-in interactions and visitor metrics

Identify client concerns and escalate issues promptly to ensure resolution and service continuity
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
-
2–4 years of experience in a premium client-facing role such as hospitality, aviation, luxury retail, corporate concierge, or front office environments
Skills & Competencies
-
Comfortable working in rotating 24/7 shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages are an advantage)

Proficient in basic CRM systems, appointment scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office

Strong interpersonal skills, professional presence, and attention to detail

Confident, courteous, and service-oriented mindset
