Deliveroo is hiring a Corporate Account Manager for a fixed-term, 4-month position within their Deliveroo for Work (DfW) team. This role focuses on managing and upselling a portfolio of SMB accounts, working closely with senior corporate stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be organized, confident in building relationships, and experienced in driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive incremental revenue by upselling and cross-selling within SMB accounts.

Set up meetings with corporate decision-makers to review their spend, pitching new use-cases and promotional offers.

Collaborate with BDMs for seamless client handovers.

Re-engage churned clients through customized campaigns.

Track and report on portfolio performance using Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Looker.

Assist senior account managers by creating customized client decks and quotations.

Support with ad hoc tasks such as email campaigns, data analytics, and chasing overdue invoices.
What You Need to Be Successful:

2+ years of account management experience, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth.

B2B experience preferred, ideally with proficiency in Salesforce and Google Sheets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Quick learner, team player, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
