Corporate Account Manager, Fixed Term
Deliveroo Dubai , UAE

Deliveroo is hiring a Corporate Account Manager for a fixed-term, 4-month position within their Deliveroo for Work (DfW) team. This role focuses on managing and upselling a portfolio of SMB accounts, working closely with senior corporate stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be organized, confident in building relationships, and experienced in driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive incremental revenue by upselling and cross-selling within SMB accounts.

  • Set up meetings with corporate decision-makers to review their spend, pitching new use-cases and promotional offers.

  • Collaborate with BDMs for seamless client handovers.

  • Re-engage churned clients through customized campaigns.

  • Track and report on portfolio performance using Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Looker.

  • Assist senior account managers by creating customized client decks and quotations.

  • Support with ad hoc tasks such as email campaigns, data analytics, and chasing overdue invoices.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • 2+ years of account management experience, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth.

  • B2B experience preferred, ideally with proficiency in Salesforce and Google Sheets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Quick learner, team player, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
