LEO MEA is looking for a talented and hands-on English Copywriter with strong storytelling abilities and agency experience. This role requires creating conceptually driven campaigns and crafting outstanding copy for global brands, while maintaining the highest creative and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Creative Tasks:

  • Write and edit compelling text (copywriting, product descriptions, proofreading, and content editing).

  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in all content produced.

  • Partner with Art Directors to develop creative concepts across marketing materials and campaigns.

  • Leverage 1:1 marketing strategies and data intelligence to meet communication goals.

  • Make conceptual and strategic decisions across diverse clients and industries.

Operational and Business Efficiency:

  • Take briefs, craft effective copy, and format professional copy decks.

  • Interpret and align copy to brand tone of voice and guidelines.

  • Develop and execute strategically sound creative for cross-channel marketing initiatives.

  • Present ideas persuasively internally and externally with a balance of logic and emotion.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency in all communications.

  • Deliver original ideas while staying within brand voice and tone.

Innovation and Analysis:

  • Create a wide range of content: scripts, white papers, social media posts, signage, and more.

  • Research industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance creativity.

  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure copy and design tell a cohesive story.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Advertising, Journalism).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in creative concept development, ideally in an agency environment.

  • Strong expertise in cross-channel and direct-marketing copywriting (both online and offline media).

  • Clear understanding of communication concepts versus exceptional ideas.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
