Plusgrade is looking for a Coordinator, Partnerships to support their Partnerships team in delivering marketing campaigns and product launches for partners. This role requires strong collaboration skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a passion for customer experience. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid capacity, alternating between remote and office-based work in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and product launches in alignment with partner objectives.

Create and manage action tickets in Salesforce to track campaign performance and revenue data.

Stay updated on market trends, loyalty strategies, and emerging technologies to enhance partner experiences.

Collaborate with internal teams to represent partners, resolve issues, and ensure smooth campaign execution.

Document partner requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure clear communication.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of campaign materials and milestones.

Conduct end-to-end testing of campaigns to ensure accuracy before launch.

Prepare performance analysis and assist with partner review meetings.

Provide data insights to identify trends and opportunities for improving loyalty offerings.

Proactively identify solutions to partner pain points to improve execution.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in loyalty programs or a related industry.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is an asset.

Familiarity with the Middle Eastern loyalty market is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides) and project management software.
