About the Job:
We are looking for a Coordinator, Key Client Services (UAEN National) to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering superior, on-the-spot customer service to key clients, processing a wide range of health insurance-related requests, and ensuring service excellence in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service on-site at client premises, including handling visit visa policies, Thiqa, individual basic plans, and other on-spot services.

Monitor turnaround times (TAT) and ensure efficient handling of endorsements, applications, and issue resolutions.

Promote and process individual top-up insurance policies (Thiqa, Sahtak) end-to-end.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Underwriting, Claims, Finance, and PRD to ensure seamless service.

Enroll, endorse, or renew member policies by validating documentation and making decisions regarding eligibility, fines, and coverage.

Register applications, issue policies, generate invoices, and manage the full lifecycle of policy deliverables (cards, certificates, statements).

Track customer satisfaction through quarterly feedback and prepare business reports.

Ensure all activities comply with regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards.

Handle and resolve customer queries via phone, email, or in-person within defined SLAs.

Escalate unresolved issues and ensure thorough follow-up for resolution.
Key Requirements:

Nationality: UAE Nationals only (UAEN)

Experience: Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing or front-office role; insurance industry experience is an advantage

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field

Languages: Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage

Certifications: English language certifications are a plus

Other: UAE driving license is an advantage
