The National Insurance Company – Daman, a leading health insurance provider in the UAE, is seeking a Coordinator, Human Resources (UAEN) to join its HR team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to launch their careers in Human Resources within a supportive and professional environment.
The HR Coordinator will assist with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, efficient processes, and effective employee support. This role provides hands-on experience and mentorship, offering a strong foundation for a long-term career in HR.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and verify HR documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Maintain employee records and databases in compliance with company policies.

Coordinate leave management, attendance tracking, and HR-related documentation.

Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.

Respond to employee HR-related queries and provide guidance.

Support the organization of employee events, training sessions, and wellness programs.

Verify data accuracy to minimize HR risks and errors.

Recommend process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:

UAE National (Family B)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (GPA 2.8 or above)

Fresh graduate with no prior work experience required

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Good communication skills and eagerness to learn HR operations
