Talabat is seeking a Coordinator Compliance professional to manage partner onboarding, KYC documentation, and compliance verification. The role requires reviewing and validating partner and vendor documents, ensuring adherence to Talabat’s policies, and assisting with legal administrative processes, contract management, and compliance reporting. The candidate must have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the onboarding process for partners, third-party vendors, and 3PLs, ensuring KYC compliance.

Review, validate, and archive documentation as per Talabat’s compliance policies.

Ensure compliance with company-defined guidelines for all partners.

Support legal administrative processes, including contract signing and approval tracking.

Maintain records and track document renewals, ensuring timely updates.

Follow up with business units on missing compliance documents.

Assist with corporate and business compliance matters as needed.

Prepare and deliver compliance reports in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Ethics, Law, or a related field.

1-2 years of compliance experience, preferably in due diligence or partner verification.

Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets for compliance tracking.

Ability to analyze, test, monitor, and report data across multiple systems.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Conflict resolution and mediation skills with a diplomatic approach.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in compliance matters.

Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).
