Conversational QA Tester
Unified Consultancy Services Dubai , UAE

Unified Consultancy Services is hiring a Conversational QA Tester to join its on-site team in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience testing AI-driven conversational platforms such as chatbots, voice bots, and virtual assistants. The successful candidate will validate conversation flows, NLP/NLU accuracy, and user experience across multiple channels including web, mobile, IVR, and messaging platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and validate chatbot and voice bot interactions across web, mobile, IVR, and messaging platforms
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, and NLP teams to ensure accuracy of intents, entities, and dialogue design
  • Create and maintain test cases, plans, and scripts for conversational journeys
  • Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing
  • Log defects with detailed reproduction steps and support root cause analysis
  • Ensure coverage of edge cases including fallback, interruptions, and multilingual support
  • Monitor logs and analytics tools to identify bugs and anomalies
  • Validate backend integrations with APIs, CRM, and databases
  • Provide UX/UI feedback on bot flows
  • Support UAT sessions and automation testing (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 3+ years of QA experience, with 1–2 years in Conversational AI testing
  • Familiarity with tools like Botium, Postman, Selenium, Appium, Dialogflow, RASA, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Lex
  • Strong understanding of NLP/NLU concepts (intents, entities, utterances)
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, and chatbot backend logic
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Multilingual bot testing experience (Arabic preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ISTQB Certification or equivalent
  • Experience with CCaaS or CX platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Twilio, Acqueon)
  • Exposure to voice bot testing with IVR/telephony systems
  • Familiarity with bot analytics tools (Google Analytics, Dashbot, Voiceflow)
