The Controller – Warehouse, Materials Inventory will oversee inventory management and ensure that materials are available to support production operations. The role includes planning material requirements, maintaining stock levels, minimizing inventory costs, and ensuring compliance with company standards, using ERP/MRP systems to optimize material management.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for strategic materials, spares, and consumables.

Maintain optimal stock levels by analyzing usage patterns, lead times, and material interchangeability.

Use ERP tools to forecast material needs, recommend adjustments to inventory, and monitor supply-demand trends.

Generate timely Purchase Requisitions (PR) for stock replenishment, especially for critical and shutdown-related materials.

Conduct technical evaluations, collaborate with procurement for specification changes, and liaise with end-users to meet material needs.

Continuously improve MRP processes and maintain accurate master data.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all inventory management processes.

Assist the section head/supervisor in achieving operational objectives and participate in special projects.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Management.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial warehousing and inventory management, with expertise in ERP systems (preferably SAP).

Strong understanding of materials management and logistics.

Technical knowledge for assessing specifications and stock interchangeability.

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
