About the Role:
Build Corp Interiors is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract management for luxury residential construction and fitout projects in Dubai. This pivotal role involves managing all pre- and post-contract activities to ensure smooth project delivery in a high-end turnkey environment, while maintaining compliance with UAE laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead negotiations and prepare contracts for all project phases, ensuring alignment with company standards and project goals.

• Review, administer, and manage construction and interior fitout contracts to minimize risks and resolve disputes effectively.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, legal advisors, and clients to ensure contract adherence and clear communication.

• Monitor contract performance, including payment schedules and variations, to support project budget and timeline management.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE construction regulations and industry best practices.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate contract documentation and records.

• Provide training and guidance on contract processes and obligations to project teams.

• Support procurement efforts to align contracts with project requirements and vendor agreements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Professional certifications in contract management preferred.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction and interior fitout sectors, with a focus on luxury residential projects.

• Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, contract frameworks (e.g., FIDIC, NEC), and risk management.

• Proven track record managing contracts in turnkey construction and fitout projects.

• Expertise in contract negotiation, law, and risk mitigation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective stakeholder relationships.

• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in contract management software and tools such as AutoCAD and PlanSwift.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
