We are hiring an experienced Contracts Manager – Post Sales on behalf of a large, diversified investment group headquartered in Dubai with a strong presence across multiple sectors. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in contract management, regulatory compliance, and post-sales operations.
The successful candidate will oversee the complete contract lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, standardize documentation processes, and lead the contracts team to deliver operational excellence within the real estate function.
Key Responsibilities
Contracts Governance & Standardization

Lead the development and implementation of contracts-related policies, procedures, and best practices.

Standardize and enhance Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) templates and contract formats.

Maintain a centralized contract template database to improve operational efficiency.

Ensure secure storage, tracking, and accessibility of all contract documentation.
Contract Lifecycle Management

Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and delivery.

Coordinate internal approvals and ensure all required sign-offs are obtained.

Track contract milestones and update stakeholders on progress.

Conduct regular contract audits to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate regulations, including:

Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA)

Dubai Land Department (DLD)
-
KYC/AML regulatory protocols
-

Work closely with legal teams to update templates in line with regulatory changes.

Monitor adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
Stakeholder & Customer Management

Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and escalations.

Liaise between legal, sales, and project management teams to align contractual expectations.

Negotiate contract terms with customers to ensure satisfaction while protecting company interests.
Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage the Contracts Management team.

Set clear performance expectations to ensure timely drafting and execution of agreements.
Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a strong focus on contracts management.

Extensive knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulatory frameworks.

Strong understanding of KYC/AML regulations and due diligence processes.

Proven experience drafting, negotiating, and managing real estate contracts and SPAs.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong attention to detail and risk management mindset.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume real estate environment.
