Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. In this critical role, you will manage the full contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution and closeout, ensuring all commercial operations align with legal requirements and strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and financial risks.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective contracting strategies that maximize value and minimize exposure.

• Monitor and manage contract compliance, ensuring adherence to UAE commercial laws and internal policies.

• Conduct in-depth financial and risk analysis to assess contract performance and profitability.

• Implement and maintain robust contract management systems and processes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in contract management.

• Stay abreast of legal and industry developments to ensure contracts remain competitive and compliant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in contract management or commercial roles, preferably in the UAE.

• Solid understanding of UAE commercial laws and contractual frameworks.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency with contract management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Professional certifications such as MRICS or MInstCES are highly preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts under pressure.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
