Role Overview – Contractor Growth Specialist

As a Contractor Growth Specialist, you will leverage your deep banking industry knowledge to support Deloitte’s growth strategy. You will conduct market analysis, generate insights, and provide thought leadership to help banking clients overcome challenges, identify opportunities, and achieve sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct industry and competitor analysis, focusing on banking trends, customer needs, and financial sector developments.

• Maintain detailed client and industry coverage through research, media monitoring, and Deloitte knowledge sources.

• Analyze performance benchmarks and prepare briefing materials for executive leadership.

• Support the creation of insight-driven content to address specific client challenges.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency preferred.
