Job Title: Contract & Vendor Manager

Job Description:

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Contract & Vendor Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of procurement and service contracts. This role is crucial in ensuring legal compliance, favorable negotiation terms, and smooth collaboration between departments. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in contract management within the real estate or commercial sector and a proactive approach to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage procurement and service contracts to ensure alignment with business goals

• Lead contract negotiations with vendors and service providers to secure optimal terms

• Ensure contracts comply with local UAE regulations and internal policies

• Act as a liaison for legal, finance, and operations teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment

• Maintain an organized contract database, track timelines, renewals, and compliance requirements

• Support investor relations through accurate documentation and timely updates

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical, financial, and operational requirements

• Ensure proper documentation for audits and internal reviews

Candidate Profile:

• 4–6 years of experience in contract management or procurement, preferably in real estate or a commercial environment

• Strong knowledge of UAE contracting regulations and legal frameworks

• Excellent skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement/service contracts

• Highly organized with experience managing databases and contract renewal schedules

• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills for effective collaboration across departments

• Confident communicator with proven vendor and stakeholder management experience
