Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager with expertise in Power Plant or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects to manage and oversee contract processes, legal reviews, and claims. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in engineering or legal disciplines and must be comfortable handling large-scale international contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and negotiate commercial sections of contracts and agreements

• Provide legal insights and support to internal teams on contractual and regulatory issues

• Lead and manage contractual claims related to EPC projects, ensuring timely resolution

• Coordinate and maintain communication with external legal advisors and consultants

• Ensure contract compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with project objectives

• Participate in contractual documentation, change orders, and dispute resolution processes

• Assist in developing standardized contract templates and workflows

• Ensure legal integrity in contract execution across departments

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Engineering, Project Management, or related field

• Minimum 2–10 years’ experience in contract management, preferably in power plants or EPC sectors

• Strong understanding of FIDIC and other international contract frameworks

• Overseas project experience is a significant advantage

• Proficient in contract law, legal compliance, and risk analysis

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
