CSCEC Middle East, a prominent construction company, is looking for a Contract Manager to lead the Contracts & Commercial team on a newly awarded High Rise Towers Project in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role will involve overseeing and managing contracts, addressing contract-related issues, and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

As the Contract Manager, you will ensure the successful execution and negotiation of various contracts, while solving commercial disputes and variations as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage contracts, resolving any issues in collaboration with internal departments

• Act as the key communication link between stakeholders, including clients, PMC, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Maintain records of contract-related correspondence and documentation

• Negotiate and resolve variations in work and commercial agreements

• Evaluate and execute a wide range of contracts for the project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 12+ years of relevant experience in contract management within construction or related industries
